| Fleas To protect the other animals in our facility, any animal presented to us that is found to have fleas will be treated at the owners expense. We use Frontline Plus, Promeris or Revolution (in cats only) as a topical flea treatment and in more severe cases we may also use Capstar, a pill which kills adult fleas on your pet within 30 minutes.

Low Cost Traveler/Voucher Programs If your pet is scheduled to be seen through a low cost voucher program, we must have a copy of your paperwork upon your scheduled apointment time. This includes both surgeries and office visits. Please be sure that you have recieved your paperwork before scheduling your appointment. If no paperwork can be shown at your appointment or time of drop-off, the services will not be done at the voucher pricing. We can offer the services at full cost or reschedule your appointment for you.
This policy includes any vouchers or travelers set up through Second Chance Fund for Animal Welfare (SCFAW) and Metrowest Animal Awareness Society (MAAS).
*As of November 2008 we will no longer accept Second Chance Fund Vouchers. If you need financial assistance for dog or cat spay/neuter, please call our hotline at 978-368-9047 or email us at info@clintonvet.com

Payment Any animal that will be hospitalized requires a $150 deposit left when the animal is dropped off with the remaining balance due at the time of pick up. If for some reason this is not possible for you, we now offer Care Credit, a no interest credit line for qualifying clients. If you do not qualify for Care Credit, there are no other exceptions.
We accept cash, checks (with a valid drivers license or state ID), visa, american express, discover, mastercard, debit cards and care credit.
